The weekend is here, and it’s time to be thinking about cocktails. Last week, I shared a fabulous recipe for a Sweet Basil Martini from the Laughing Seed Restaurant in Asheville.  Here’s another Laughing Seed favorite (I love this name.): Never Blue’s Prickly Bitch.

1.5 ounces of 360 Vodka

.5 ounces Danny DeVito’s limoncello

2.5 ounces fresh-squeezed lemonade

Two 2-ounce scoops of organic prickly pear sorbet

Pour all ingredients into a martini shaker with ice and shake hard. Strain into a glass. Makes two servings.
